Louis
J. Morelli, licensed
to practice law in 1986. His practice concentrates in
business and transactional law, commercial land development,
real estate and estate planning. He currently represents
over 50 corporate clients nationwide. His transactional
experience includes negotiating and drafting commercial
leases, franchise agreements, asset and stock purchase
agreements, and manufacturing and distribution agreements.
On
behalf of shareholders of a closely held corporation,
Mr. Morelli negotiated and participated in the drafting
of a 70 million dollar loan transaction involving a
capital venture group, and senior and subordinated lending
institutions. In addition, Mr. Morelli represented the
shareholders in negotiating with the underwriters (Solomon,
Smith, Barney & Baird Warner) in connection with
an initial public offering. Mr. Morelli's civil litigation
experience includes prosecuting and defending breach
of contract, business fraud, deceptive practices, and
UCC actions. Mr. Morelli also practices in Chancery
Court seeking injunctions to enforce post-employment
covenants not to compete. Mr Morelli has tried over
70 bench and jury trials as of July 2006 and has earned
an impressive 94% victory rate.
His
business experience includes starting and operating
a real estate investment corporation to acquire, develop
and sell property. Mr. Morelli is a licensed Illinois
Real Estate Broker and is therefore able to assist with
clients’ real estate endeavors. Additionally,
Mr. Morelli is a co-owner of a multi-state staffing
company operating throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio,
and Michigan. Gross sales for this staffing company
exceeded 95 million in 2005.
Mr. Morelli's business and legal background enables
him to evaluate the client's legal needs from a business
owner's perspective and offer practical and cost effective
solutions.

David M. Stieper,
of Counsel, licensed to practice law in 1990, concentrates
in civil litigation in both State and Federal Court. He
has vast bench and jury trial experience in the areas
of contract, real estate, construction and commercial
litigation. His trial experience includes a 35 day trial
involving a million dollar mechanic’s lien claim.
Mr. Stieper litigates extensively in Chancery Division
in Kane,DuPage, Cook,and DeKalb, obtaining injunctions
and other extraordinary remedies. Mr. Stieper’s
real estate and construction litigation experience includes
commercial evictions, mechanic’s lien foreclosures,
suits to quiet title, partition and mortgage foreclosures.
Mr.
Stieper is the co-author of the Illinois Institute for
Continuing Legal Education (“IICLE”) real
estate litigation chapter entitled, “Defense of
Mortgage Foreclosures.” Mr. Stieper has a Master’s
degree in Business Administration with a concentration
in accounting and finance.

Robert L.
Gorecki,
of Counsel, licensed to practice law in 1956, has for
over fifty years of legal experience. Mr. Gorecki concentrates
in commercial and residential real estate, corporate law
and estate planning. He has litigated many matters including
contested probate issues.
Mr. Gorecki is an active member in Kane County. He has
served as City Attorney and as the Police and Fire Commissioner.
Mr. Gorecki is a member of the Police and Firemen’s
Retirement Board, as well as Judge Advocate and past commander
of the American Legion. As a commissioned military officer,
Mr. Gorecki is a life member of the Reserve Officer’s
Association and serves as Staff Judge Advocate for the
85th Division.

Robert
A. Hall, of
Counsel, was licensed to practice law in 1973. In addition
to his law degree, Mr. Hall has a Master’s Degree
in taxation and has been a Certified Public Accountant
since 1967.
Mr. Hall concentrates in taxation, corporate and partnership
law. He has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating
shareholder and partnership agreements, employment contracts,
sale and purchase agreements, as well as employee retirement
benefit plan drafting and compliance. Mr. Hall’s
legal experience also includes representing clients against
the Internal Revenue Service.

Anita Dazzo, Associate,
Legal Administrative Assistant, has over twenty
(20) years of legal and business experience. Her legal
experience includes real estate, probate and corporate
formation. Her business experience includes five (5) years
in International Banking.
